Positive: The garden and outdoor spaces were lovely, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere when it was quiet. We had the pool mostly to ourselves, which was a treat, and the friendly cats made the stay extra charming—especially for the kid. The hosts were generally pleasant, and the setting felt relaxed and authentic. It's a beautiful location to unwind, especially if you're looking for a place a little outside the tourist rush.

Negative: One evening was unexpectedly noisy due to a wedding celebration held on the property. It ended around midnight, but we hadn't been informed beforehand, which made it a bit difficult to plan rest—especially as I was traveling with my kid, who can sometimes get migraines triggered by loud noise. Most of the other days were quiet, and we appreciated that calm. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked at first—we had to ask for basics like cups and cutlery. The hosts did bring what we needed, but it would have been more welcoming to have everything ready on arrival. The coffee pot had a broken handle, which we worked around.

Positive: This place is just lovely. Nice outdoor territory, very green, calm and quiet, very relaxing. Mountain view, the sea a bit, sunsets. Close to the beaches and Forio center. The owners are adorable, helping with every need. We enjoyed staying there a lot

Negative: It was a bit hard to find, because the map shows another name of the street, and on the main entrance there is another name of guesthouse, but we wrote and were met by a receptionist
