Summary: Great clean house, 3 whole families with children stayed here, quiet neighborhood. About a 20 - 30 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic. Only thing that we wished it had was outdoor patio seating and table, no where to sit/relax outside, a propane grill to use, and pool was not accessible per the contract. Other than that a great place, at a great price. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Summary: The house was much bigger than expected. There was plenty of room for the entire family. We really enjoyed the shopping and the beaches in the Rohoboth area. Everything was quick and easy to get to from where we were staying. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Summary: Large, fully equipped home with FiOS, premium channels, fast wifi. Very clean, kitchen dishes, utensils, bedding, towels also provided. Super owners suite, other 3 bedrooms good size and equipped with dressers and TV. Large finished basement, parking for 4 cars in quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, outlet shopping, restaurants, entertainment.

Summary: What a great place to call home for the week!!!! The property owner is great with communication and if anything under described the property. House is in a great community and has tons of room for a few families to stay and enjoy making a summer memory that won't be forgotten. Shopping in only 5 to 10 minutes away as is the Cape May- Lewes Ferry. This property may not be beach front but a definite gem if you don't mind the few minute drive to attractions. Thanks again. Make sure while you stay to Go to Cape Henelopen or drive 23 miles south to Ocean City Maryland.

Summary: We chose this rental for a Sex-And-The-City-like Girls Getaway. Boy, were we pleased! The house is clean and well-maintained! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very roomy. We each had our own space. Yet, there was plenty of room when we wanted to reconvene as a group. We loved our FiOS TV for chick flicks and reality TV bonding. Of course, our high-speed FiOS Internet kept up connected with the rest of the world. The location was close to shopping and the beach. And, the owner was very polite and accommodating. All in all, we had a great time. The only complaint we had is that we did have to leave! But...don't worry, we'll be back!

Summary: We visited in January with our family of 6 and immediately the home exceeded our expectations. This house felt like our home away from home! The rooms are open and spacious. The lower level is perfect for everything from snuggling with the hubby and watching movies to game nights with the entire family. The master bedroom and bath...wow!!! My teenagers found the upper loft (with its own bathroom) perfect to hang out and play video games. The property is so close to so much like shopping, restaurants, Ocean City -- even Atlantic City! I have already reserved two weeks for next year; a private vaca with my husband, and then a separate week with the family. The owner was a joy to work with, and the check in and check out process was a breeze! Thanks for a great vacation home...it bears repeating.....just one word....FABULOUS!!!

Summary: When I arrived here in May, I couldn't believe how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. The property itself is immaculate, very clean, well kept and has plenty of open space. The location is near everything! The family and I like the fact that we can go to the beach, entertainment and restaurants, then retreat back here for peace and quiet. The downstairs is extremely huge and we enjoyed family movie nights in front of the large screen TV. My family had a wondeful time and we're looking forward to coming back here later this year.
