Positive: The location was great, easy access to the city centre, Woolaton Hall, Warhammer World, a shop just a short walk too. It was a large apartment and had parking too. The hosts provided clear instructions and messaged to check we had everything we needed.

Positive: The location was great, right between the University and the town centre. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Daniel was a great host and treated us like old friends, helping us after our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost.
Negative: It was all good!

Positive: Large living/ dining room with comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Close to city centre with some local shops.
Negative: Bed was very firm. WiFi password provided in the entry hall was incorrect (but host did share the correct one with us). Some of the kitchen equipment needs updating (knives were pretty blunt and some of the frying pans non stick coating was starting to peel).

Positive: The apartment is spacious and very clean. The host was responsive to all questions and provided all necessary information. The interior deco reminded me of a Central London apartment easily. The location is brilliant. A bus stop was in front of the property. Just 5mins walk to a grocery, a cinema, a pub, seafood restaurant. And a park right opposite.
Negative: I prefer a firmer mattress because of my back but that is my personal preference. The bath tub is high off the ground so maybe a handle bar/grab rail to assist with that.

Positive: Faraday Place is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in over a weekend visiting family. The location for us was perfect as we were close to everything. There is a Sainsburys down the road if you need to get some bits and bobs , and even though it was not too far from a main road, it was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was a good space, and the main bedroom was massive, with the smaller bedroom still at a very good size. The living room area was very comfortable and suitable for you to just chill, which we liked and we would stay here again. Our host was absolutely lovely and helped us greatly with directions and with a parking permit
Negative: For us, the beds were too soft, but that is all to do with preference, and maybe the cleaner can just pay attention to small details. (Dust, cleaning out the fridges properly, things like that) However, the place was clean.
