Positive: Best view of a room in Flores, also a place where you can have your quiet time. Very friendly hosts. The room is spacious and clean. We had warm water, only for a short period of time while showering.

Positive: Peter and his wife are brilliant hosts. Peter was also our tour guide for 2 days taking us to all of the sites including kelimutu for sunrise. You can see the whole town from the balcony which is a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Could not recommend this place more.

Positive: The view at night to star gaze was perfect. Clean and spacious room. About 30 min from the Kelimutu lakes. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.
Negative: Only thing is room can be cold due to the vents that lets air in.

Positive: The friendliness and warmth of the landlords is great, the breakfast was great and the view from the veranda over Moni is amazing. The room is functionally furnished and very clean. The landlord had good suggestions beyond Moni and helped organize a bus ride to Maumere. Renting a scooter was also easy. I would definitely recommend it. :-)

Positive: From the beginning, Piter and his wife were exeremly welcoming, helpful with every little request, and simply nice! High level of English made friendly and informative conversations possible. There is a spacy balcony with amazing view. Great breakfast included. Located quite close to Kalimutu, and a walking distance to the hot springs. You can rent a scooter from them, as well. There are two restaurants in a walking distance. Electricity might fall down due to heavy rains and winds, but it's a regional problem, because of the remote location up the mountains. Thus also the place's magic. I had no network with my local sim, but WiFI worked perfectly. We managed to get there with the local bus, and same for the way back to Ende. Big recommendation from me and my dad, and all the very best to Farila family!

Positive: We stayed 4 nights in one of their two lovely hillside rooms with amazing views over the valley. Big comfortable bed, big bathroom with lots of hot water and a lovely veranda to watch the village goings on. The hosts, Pieter and his wife, were extremely friendly and helpful with organising rental of a scooter (their only scooter) and two ojeks to kelimutu. The breakfast was also very nice. Just scrambled eggs, fried potatoes/cassava, pancakes and fruit but all tasty. Even on our last day they gave us tempeh breakfast burgers which was exciting!
Negative: The breakfast comes whenever it's ready, about 7:30-8am for us. Maybe being able to choose a time would be nice, but we appreciate the hosts have other commitments apart from the guests... Also, as many people have pointed out, the evenings are a little loud due to Moji's place playing the same music every night. But it's really not that bad and only for at most 2 hours between 8 and 10pm. This is the same wherever you stay in Moni, especially so if you're down in the valley!
