Our apartment is located in the old part of the farmhouse and was completely renovated by us in 2012 and equipped with central heating. The best thing about the apartment is the 25m2 large veranda where you can have nice finish in the spring or fall day. A green space and a parking space also belong to the apartment.
The farm is managed, we live opposite. The farm has also a few pets: dog, cat, chickens, ducks, horse and pony. The apartment has its own entrance and is on one level; the bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. From the kitchen a glass door leads directly to the veranda. The kitchen is new and has an induction stove, oven / microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle as well as dishes, pots etc. Tea towels and towels are provided. The dining area can be varied: kitchen, dining room, veranda or in the open under the quince tree or in the sun. The apartment can be reached by stairs front and back, without any steps, which is for disabled advantageous.

Summary: This is really a great stay location in the beautiful alsace region. From here you can spin out to different locations within the region. The location it self is on a farm and is really nice. The owners are really welcoming and helpful. The house as several accomendations to make your stay better. Overal good place to stay.

Summary: A fabulous place from which you can explore Alsace on foot, by bike or by car. Very quiet, great conservatory to keep bike safely, dry clothes and relax in. Good wifi + everything you need to have a lovely self-catered stay. Miriam and Dominic were great hosts and we enjoyed their home-made jam and wine. Would love to go back in the future.

Summary: We have visited this location for a couple of days and it could not have been any better. We really enjoyed the quiet surrounding and cozy atmosphere of the apartment which is part of a "bigger" farm. The Heckmanns are great hosts and open to give advice on getting around and see/find everything you need in the near surrounding and region.

Summary: The apartment is wonderfully placed in the heart of wine route. Our hosts, Miriam and Dominique Heckmann, took good care of us. Kind and helpful people! Summary: Spacious, quiet, comfortable and very convenient with a car or cycles. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very well equipped. The village is very quiet and laid back, but close to larger, more active towns and the city of Strasbourg. A beautiful week's stay!

Summary: We just got back from Alsace and had a wonderful time. The house is very nice, well kept, and has everything you need. If you're an English-only speaker, like we are, take some movies. There is a DVD player but no English language channels. But, we weren't there for the TV. This is close to a lot of just amazing places. There are chateaus, wineries and wine makers that do tastings, and a lot of really neat war memorials. There's a small bakery just steps from the front door that has amazing pastries as well as 3 local vintners you can walk to. There is a restaurant you can walk to, but the hours were a little odd so we only made it there once. You can take walks through vineyards and orchards just out the back door. Miriam was incredibly helpful when we ran into some problems (that had nothing to do with the house) and provided us with maps and great ideas for places to see. I would recommend this house to anyone.
