Come visit our farm to revive your senses, connect to nature, and spend some time engaging in the simple life. Experience the farm- ride horses, help with chores, chase a goat, collect some farm fresh eggs all as you stay in our beautiful new barn loft where you will sleep in our eclectically-styled rooms that overlook the riding arena and back pastures. You will have plenty of privacy and space with a comfortable downstairs lounge equipped with fridge, microwave, Kuerig, toaster oven, large screen TV, and stereo. There is a private patio off of the lounge where you can enjoy sunsets overlooking the pastures in the evenings. Guest rooms are decorated with antique linens, hand-made art and textiles, and thrift store chic decor. The property is unique in that it is a working farm with horses, goats, chickens, bunnies, and emus. You will have the opportunity to experience farm life by feeding the animals and doing chores if you choose, or simply enjoy watching the animals graze in their natural surroundings. We have many animal related activities for adults and kids as well as a private in-ground swimming pool at your disposal. Our barn also houses our Art Gallery where you may browse and purchase farm inspired original art. If you are inspired, you may wish to arrange an art activity or just sketch using one of the available sketch books. Yoga mats, a DVD library, farm-related books, magazines, and a selection of board games for adults and children are also available for guests.

Summary: My advice... stay with Amy and Bill and their furry friends!!! :) I can't rave enough about how much fun my mom and I had on the farm. Everything about this place AND the hosts SUPER exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail in the apartment/lounge and the comfort of it was amazing! Such cute and unique decor! The outdoor patio was beautiful to sit out on and grill and just watch the horses (and donkey) roam! I miss the home cooked (and farm raised) breakfasts they made for us too! They were DIVINE!!! The pool area is huge and the pool too!! You had all the amenities you could dream of. Everything was perfect! The best part about it all was how Amy and Bill were so open to us seeing and petting and being a part of their animals lives. I got to milk a goat, feed goats (and boy are they hilarious!), groom a horse, picked up a chicken, played w/ some bunnies, giggled as the ducks waddled around even fed the emu's! I have never been at "one" with farm animals like this and I am so grateful for the experience Amy and Bill provided! I highly recommend staying with them. You will not be disappointed!! P.S. Amy, my mom had the greatest time. She was so relaxed and had so much fun w/ the animals! She loved that you made sure that we never washed a dish either! :) You all are the best!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time helping with chores, seeing the animals and swimming! Amy and Bill are soo amazing and accommodating and were absolutely wonderful with our 5 year old daughter who was excited and very serious about her farm experience. Amy's baking/cooking was way better than an restaurant breakfast too. We loved it and already want to go back!

Summary: This was our 2nd year booking a girls farm weekend with Amy and Bill. Just like last year, we had an absolute blast! The property is clean and the interaction with the animals is so much fun. I highly recommend helping out with morning chores and doing Goat Happy Hour. All the animals are well cared for and it is evident that Bill and Amy truly love their animals and they work hard to give you a unique experience. Sunday morning Bill even threw in a game for us at breakfast ... which bowl was duck egg and which bowl was chicken egg? The pool is huge and very clean. The addition of the bathroom at the pool was an added bonus this year! Thanks for a great weekend!!!!!

Summary: Amy & Bill are so welcoming and they have a really special place to stay here. There are tons of ways to relax and have fun right on the farm or within very close distance (we'd recommend u-pick and the beaches!). Our elder son mostly just wanted to stay on the farm - feeding the emus, collecting chicken eggs, going in the warm pool... He didn't want to leave! There are also thoughtful, creative touches everywhere; games, books, artwork, music and the breakfast was incredible (don't miss the 'woofles'!). Thank you Amy and Bill for being so kind and welcoming and we hope to be back again before too long!

Summary: This is a true heartland experience with Amy and Bill❤️…they put their hearts into ensuring guests enjoy their stay from the minute you pull in the farm and exierience their warm greeting, to the long hour-bye if not wanting yo leave this beautiful place and hosts. We came as strangers and left as friends. What a gift this trip was. Unplug, unwind, feed the animals, swim in the gorgeous pool, amazing breakfasts, arts abd crafts, goat happy hour…the list hues on. If you’re looking for a unique and therapeutic experience, you can’t beat Woofs and Hooves and Amy and Bill. We miss you and all the animals, abd we will definitely be back!! 😘❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Summary: My 10 year old granddaughter and I spent 3 days on the farm and had a wonderful time! She participated in all the farm chores, horseback riding, goat happy hour, plus we took several dips in the pool. The accommodations have everything you need and the farm fresh breakfast was so good. We especially enjoyed the art gallery upstairs. This place is awesome and Amy and Bill are great hosts. Amy spent a lot of time with us (while Bill was working) and went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend Woofs and Hoofs for a great time!

Summary: Our family had an amazing time at the Woofs & Hoofs Ranch! Amy and Bill have a hidden gem in Southwest, MI. Our kids loved farm chores, riding horses, and learning about the animals. They even received a Top Ranch Hand award which they have proudly displayed in their rooms at home. We painted bird houses together, had a cocktail, read a book, and swam in the heated pool. It was the perfect balance of rustic with amenities. We will be back!
