Positive: Set in a beautiful, serene location. It was a joy to sit outside with a cuppa and watch the neighbours sheep roam out the back of the house. Gorgeous farm animals and frozen yoghurt.
Negative: Watch for some giant pot holes in the road leading up to the house.

Positive: The location was magical - we loved being able to see and hear the animals around us, and the kids loved having access to the play areas. The area felt secluded and peaceful but was still close to town, which was great. The cottage was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Positive: Wonderful location, friendly and helpful host, nicely cleaned and prepared, very cosy. The farm is lovely with lots of animals and a fro-yo right at your doorstep.
Negative: If I were to be picky, the shower pressure and mixer could be improved.
Summary: Excellent choice if you would like to stay in Margaret River. Very friendly and helpful host!

Positive: Wonderful, peaceful spot. Good setup overall eg kitchen facilities, communal laundry. Owners close by but very discrete.
Negative: Poor shower water pressure (bore water). Does have 1 air conditioner in main living area but perhaps could do with some fans in the bedrooms for the hot days.
