Positive: The location was excellent for us to get to Pickering, Whitby, Thornton Le Dale etc Was a really good size, stocked with everything you needed for home away from home. The kids loved the football goals and the trampoline.

Negative: Everything was great, the only thing would be that the upstairs bed was noisy and springs very creaky as you turned over so not the comfiest of beds but the beds downstairs were fab for the kids.

Summary: Loved our stay and the farm yard had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Attention to detail could be improved, such as providing shower gel/soap and patio was not very private, open to farmyard - some sort of screen would make it more cosy.

Positive: Such a beautiful cottage, we loved our stay there 5-9th of August. Very clean, the location is just perfect. We enjoyed the farm where we’re allowed to see the cows and play in the playground. Very clean and smell so nice when we first came in. Garry and Janine are both very friendly
