Summary: This is a great value. The room was huge. Everything was clean. Firm, comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was cooked to order. Lots of interesting things in the back yard, garden, grape vines, chickens, etc. But I had to share a bathroom. Turned out to not be a big deal at all.

Summary: We had a great stay and would highly recommend this B and B. We were made to feel like family and the breakfast each morning was superb. Regina and I have stayed in B and B in Europe, Canada, and the US and in my opinion this was one of the best. The kindness and generosity of our hostess made us feel at home and we enjoyed our stay in this part of Utah.8

Summary: Wes and Lynn are the best- you could not find more hospitable hosts in all the world. Our room was lovely and private and they made such a huge effort to have it stocked with anything we might need- we would love to come again.

Summary: Everything went smoothly. Wes, Lynn, and their family were friendly and fun to be around. They did a great job at making us feel right at home. Also the breakfast was delicious.

Summary: This is a great place to stay! The rooms are well stocked with anything you would ever need. Each day we were there we got up, had a great breakfast, and returned as though it were our own home. The hosts are wonderful people!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Wes and Lynn were more than accommodating....it almost felt like we were staying with family! The room was very spacious and inviting and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facility was clean and well stocked. We found this property to be a "home away from home" for us. We hope to return to this property in the near future. Oh, Wes is humble concerning his cooking ability, but his breakfast dishes were delicious.
