Summary: What a lovely property! The farmhouse has been freshly renovated but still feels lived-in. The beds, couch, and carpet are all very comfortable. There are chickens on the back property that our kids loved watching, and one morning we witnessed a migration of sheep parading down the street. The house's main heating kept us plenty warm but the pellet stove fireplace provided bonus heat and ambiance. Our hosts were very kind and attentive to our needs, making us feel at home away from home!

Summary: Wagner Farmhouse is a delightful place to stay. Nic was informative and welcoming. He even supplied the fresh ground coffee. I should have investigated a little closer the acceptability of the house. The stairs and lack of sturdy handrails made getting to the bedrooms difficult. Overall though the stay was very nice.

Summary: This house was way better than the pictures. Nic was very friendly and very helpful with local information. The house has all you would need for an extended stay to not eat out every night. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, but still really easy to get to town for things or out into the boonies for hiking. I am so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel and will definitely be back next time we come to this area.

Summary: We had the best time at this cozy farmhouse. It was the perfect place to stay while we checked out the college and the surrounding area. We loved the fact that we were out of "town" a bit, but still very close to everything. It was beautiful and quiet. It was even better than the description online. Nic is an awesome host and we are thankful we had the opportunity to share their home for a week. We will definitely be back.

Summary: I would give this a 100+ rating if I could! This place was just what we needed! I have a couple littles and this place was absolutely the BEST for them but it also catered to me because it was SO clean and decorated so well! The owner greeted me at the door and showed us around, made sure we had everything we needed, and took really great care of us! The location allows for really great sunsets as the front overlooks a field with no obstructions! We took a walk every morning and really enjoyed seeing all the cute houses! If you have younger kids they will not be bored! There are lots of toys for them to enjoy and the bunk bed is super fun for them! The house is so amazingly cute, updated really well, and is very roomy with space to stretch out! The house is about 10 mins away from downtown Caldwell with lots of cute shops and Albertsons if you need to grab something from the store. It is also located near many wineries. We hit up the Ste Chapelle where we very much enjoyed wine flights with some great appetizers! The view was seriously amazing as it sits on top of a big hill overlooking mountains and hills. I kind of don't want to post this review because this is a gem that I don't want to share! But now that you know...seriously...book it! You won't be disappointed!

Summary: I cannot express how amazing this home was. From the cleanliness, to the amazing coffee, to having amenities that even a five-star hotel wouldn't offer you. And on top of all that, the service was like having a concierge at your beckon call. Anything you needed they had or knew where to point you to find it. No doubt about it you need to stay at this house.

Summary: It was perfect. Kids had toys to play with, it was very clean. There were lots of extra super soft blankets. The fresh ground coffee and cocoa were bonuses. Nic was great from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Loved the house. The owners communicated well right from the beginning. We were there for Christmas and asked about setting up a tree for our stay. We were able to feed the cows out back and the house had plenty of room for my wife's extended family to come and have breakfast or dinner. Will definitely look to stay here again when in the area. Thank you
