This clean white home is located in a quiet farm neighborhood in LaVerkin, UT very close to all of the conveniences. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc.
The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub.
The living room has a lovely wood burning stove and clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities.

Summary: The house is spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a week away. It is the perfect location, a block from the main road, with a wonderful restaurant across the main road. It was the perfect base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely return, the owner was pleasant and helpful.

Summary: This is our 2nd time booking with Jed, and it didn’t disappoint again. The house was clean, it’s in a great location to food, sand hollow, etc.This won’t be our last stay either!

Summary: Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean, spacious & has everything we need for a comfortable stay, the backyard sitting area was nice for us to enjoy the sunset & watching all the goats run around. The house is conveniently located to Zion national park.
