"Cascina Maria" is part of a residential complex of only 3 residential units, all independent and autonomous. It is located within a private park of 15,000 m2. completely fenced with swimming pool of mt. 20 x mt. 10 with infinity edge. The swimming pool and park are available to guests of the residential complex. The house is completely independent from the other buildings and has a large porch that allows guests to eat or rest outside. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery. Large living room with sofa and armchairs, dining room, TV with satellite channels. Wifi. Washing machine and iron. Air conditioning in the bedrooms located on the upper floor. Two bathrooms . Porch with dining table and outdoor sofa. Barbecue under the porch. The Cascina is 3 km from the center of Desenzano del Garda, ideal for avoiding the traffic and confusion that from March to September congests the roads of the town and of the whole lake. The whole private complex guarantees absolute privacy. Cars can be parked comfortably inside the fenced park. Nearby there are many restaurants and trattorias. Summary: We loved staying here so much. The views, the house, the pool and the animals were all appreciated! Great location - away from it all but close to Desenzano to access the lake as well as nearby cities. Liliana was great, really helpful - thank you, Liliana! We would love to cone back and cannot recommend this place enough.

Summary: We stayed 2 weeks in july en august 2018 in this amazing villa.What can I say. Lorella was a fantastic host. She was there always to help you without losing your privacy. We had the feeling that we had a private swimmingpool. We felt like millionairs. We can recommend this place for a family. You get so much more than you are looking for. It's an amazing property on a top location with a fantastic host. We already miss the family and the adorable dogs Chloë and Djago. To be honest Djago, a berner senner, the most. We thank Lorella for her amazing hospitality and the fantastic holiday we had in Desenzano.

Summary: Lovely spacious house with some of the most friendly and welcoming hosts we have encountered anywhere. A little bit out of town although can still walk to restaurants and the pool was so good even the kids never wanted to go anywhere else. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax and spend family time.

Summary: The farm house is isloltad so it is very peacful and quite. On the other hand it is very close to the highway which is very comfortable. The house is big, well equipped and was clean. The kids enjoyed a lot the big swiming pool which was a great solution for hot days. Lorella was very nice and welcoming.

Summary: We are at the end of a fabulous 2 weeks at Cascina Maria. It's a lovely villa and amazing pool. The owner and her family are so lovely and very helpful. We are a family group and it's been the most relaxing place and the villa has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be back.
