New construction completed in 2023, spacious bathrooms, modern and updated in a farm setting.

Sonos stereo system speakers, Weber grill, 3 TVs, many streaming services (Prime, Spotify, Youtube TV, Disney, etc.), nectar mattresses, extra-large sofa, and massive dining table. Plenty of blankets and spare pillows to keep you comfortable.
Fully equipped kitchen including Vitamix blender, two coffee makers, tea maker, pour-over, and a french press with grinder. No one will wait for coffee in the morning.
Installed outlet covers, pack & play, high chair for little ones. The kitchen sink is large enough to bathe babies.
Teens can enjoy exploring and fishing.
Fishing rods, tackle, and property rights ($100 up to 4 people). Pay in advance. Catch and release only.
Dog friendly!
Bowls, beds, and couch cover provided. Plenty of space to run around.
We've included amenities for everyone, including dogs, babies, toddlers, teens, and adults.

Our farm sprawls over 340 acres. Very secluded.
Please respect the peacefulness and keep noise levels to a minimum before 8 AM and after 9 PM.
Keep an eye out for our wildlife neighbors, too. Deer, Rabbits, Turkeys, Cows, and Lightning bugs are abundant.
Please don't drink and drive.

Summary: We gathered for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding and a huge space to all be together. The fire pit and yard games were so much fun. We walked around the beautiful property and went into Charlottesville for the day. Great location would highly recommend.

Summary: Gathered at Cooper House for our annual UVA football weekend with friends. The house is incredible! Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, gorgeous wrap-around porch, fire-pit area- just everything made for a quintessential autumn weekend outside of Charlottesville with dear friends. This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Randy’s houses- and we will definitely returning!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Cooper Farmhouse over our children's fall break. The house had everything we needed and more. Fire pit was perfection on chilly fall evenings. The host, Randy, was incredibly responsive and set us up with an awesome private chef for our last night. Will be back!

Summary: We had an awesome time for our girls weekend away! We did a wine tour on Saturday to some of the suggested wineries! It was a beautiful day and the wineries were stunning. Randy was super responsive to any of our needs throughout the weekend. We enjoyed the house so much. It’s beautiful, has so much room and has a kitchen to die for! Overall it was an amazing experience!
