Summary: The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned.

Summary: Amazing place in small Tuscan town. Very quiet and the property was amazing. Staff was super accommodating. Would definitely go back to this location.

Summary: Our Superior Suite was unusable due to the crazy noise made by the children next door as the rooms are not soundproofed. We ended up in the worst room in the structure after having booked the best. At check out we were offered to pay the price of the room we stayed in like it was a way to compensate for the discomfort. Thank you but we were not looking to save money but to have a bit of empathy and to be cared for…not even a glass of wine offered! This was our second stay but they gave us plenty of reasons to explore other places for our next trip.

Summary: We had an incredible stay. The location in Tuscany was idyllic. The hot tub was the largest I’d ever been in. And the food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Such a great stay!
