Summary: This was a perfect weekend stay for us to attend a wedding in near by Round Top. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Recommendations for local dining and activities were provided. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Snacks and coffee provided were a plus as well! I recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Round Top area.

Summary: We stayed here for the Round Top Wine Festival and it could not have been better. This was our second year attending the wine fest and would book this place again and again. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone and we enjoyed a night in on the big couch in the living room, drinking wine and watching Netflix. The home is fully stocked with all the snacks, who doesn't love snacks? We also enjoyed the freshly baked cookies from the local baker, which was a wonderful touch. The only tiniest suggestion I'd give is adding a disposable shower cap to bathroom goodies. Wonderful stay in Fayettville, TX!

Summary: This was my second time to stay at this property. The home is better than the pictures. Extremely clean, neat, and comfortable. We were a group of two couples, and the house was a great size for us. We stayed in and cooked a simple meal one evening and the kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. It is a short drive through the country to the antique shows in the Round Top area. We plan on staying in this home again in the future. Also, the owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our stay at the Fayetteville Farmhouse was great. This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. They beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host even had cookies for us from a local bakery. This was a perfect place to stay while we visited our son who is a counselor at Pine Cove.

Summary: We had a great time. House is lovely. Well decorated. 2 King beds down stairs, queen round bed and twin beds upstairs. Kitchen has very modern appliances and well stocked. Will stay here again.

Summary: This property is 15-20 minutes from Round Top—where the most amazing antique and home show takes place twice a year. This best of Texas show, especially in the spring when the bluebonnets are blooming, is a must see! And the Fayetteville Farmhouse is the perfect place to stay. Close by but not in the crowds, the house is beautifully furnished, super clean with great linens and beds. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, or not. (Joe’s Cafe and several other restaurants are a short walk from the house.) The coffee bar and snacks were a welcome treat—thank you, Lori! I should note the town is near a train track that runs several times a day. We heard the train, but we’re not bothered by it and will stay here in the future when we visit the area. 😊

Summary: Adorable house in downtown Fayetteville. It was clean, cute and comfortable. Fully stocked too! They even had pastries and goodies for us. :) It was perfect for Round Top. Would definitely stay here again.
