Positive: The location is very convenient for easily hopping on the trains into Berlin. The apartment was spacious and bright with plenty of room for us all to relax in. It was comfortable and warm, even when it was cold outside.

Negative: Just to be aware that the lift does not take you to the door of the apartment and so we had a pram that required lifting some of the way. The main issues for us were that in our apartment there was only 1 bathroom which was tricky in the mornings with 7 adults and 1 child sharing. Also the main issue we had is with the apartment only having 1 key, on one occasion we were locked out of the apartment due to our roommates falling asleep so not answering their phones. This was a simple error but they didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the key safe as we had a baby sleeping in the room also so for this reason we did have an issue. If you're organised it is manageable but please learn from our mistake and don't get locked out!

Summary: Wonderful clean apartment which served as the perfect base for us on our trip to Berlin

Positive: Location was very close to Ubhan station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Massive apartment with room for our whole family. Perfect place for us to do some Berlin touring. Parking was helpful for us because we drove.

Negative: nothing. Great stay!

Positive: Location, value for money, size of appartment and comfort

Negative: Its a bit ridiculous/suspicious to 1. take the payment outside Bookings system and 2. charge extra for towels and bed linings. Just charge the extra 10€/per.person from the start
