This picturesque, one level, home has everything you need for a Little Red River getaway. It features a private dock and is just minutes from the Pangburn Bridge and Dripping Springs access!
When entering this home, you will find the master bedroom (queen) with an en suite bathroom and a second guest bedroom (bunk bed with full on bottom + twin on top). Heading down the hallway will lead you to the spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The open concept is perfect for entertaining during your stay. You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make an amazing meal! Off of the living room you will find the bathroom, laundry area, third guest bedroom (queen bed) and fourth bedroom (two fulls).
When you’re not out on The Little Red River catching some prize winning trout, you and your family can enjoy the back deck with a perfect view of the river. You can also enjoy dinner on the grill and dining outside, all housed on the deck. From the deck are a set of stairs that will lead you to the fire pit and a floating dock!

Summary: We LOVED staying at this property! It was spotless clean and smelled so fresh. We loved being by the Little Red River! It is so beautiful there. We will FOR SURE go back to this property. The Property Manager was GREAT to work with also! 5 Stars easily!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, this vacation home was sooo BEAUTIFUL. When my husband and I arrived and walked in we instantly felt at home. The first thing we did was open all the blinds to see the beautiful view of the clear Red River. We were greeted with a sweet welcome gift and a very thoughtful welcome note to start our mini getaway. The spirit of the home was warm and welcoming. The décor of the home fit the trout-fishing theme and had all the amenities and then some to go fishing. The home was spotless and everything was there for your use. All we had to bring was clothes and food. The owner thought of everything. My husband was able to fish every day we were there. The highlight of the trip was the relaxation and the peaceful moments I had with my husband. Every evening he and I would enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the river. The beds were so comfortable that when it rained on Saturday we slept in and binged watch Netflix. When I say the owner thought of everything, she thought of everything. We will return, but next time for a week. If you are looking for a place to relax, fish, and enjoy the beauty of nature, this is your place. I am planning my next visit after this review.

Summary: We loved the property so much. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The fire pit was so nice at night. The patio was lit from the top right on down to the fishing dock. We fished in the morning and the evening. Drove to town each day to look around and find restaurants. The owners of this home were very detail oriented. We didn’t want for anything. The home was meticulously clean. I was able to get my morning walk in around the large circular driveway. Also loved the three fireplaces inside. Large windows let so much natural light in. Home is open and roomy. You will feel like you are at home. We were supposed to be on Sanibel Island but hurricane Ivan had other plans. So glad we found this listing. We wouldn’t mind living there! Check in and check out was hassle free. Really liked that. Thank you so much for providing us with great memories.
