Summary: house is in a safe location with easy access to interstate; shopping and restaurants just a few miles away. House has plenty of space, one small bedroom is on main floor rest are upstairs. Only issue was check-in as we had to wait for the door code until we arrived. Carpet could use cleaning esp. on the stairs (looked like spill stain)

Summary: We came to Ohio for a bowling tournament. We had 9 adult women staying in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bed some shared a room. I would highly recommended this location to anyone traveling to the Dayton area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room at this place which makes it ideal for a large family. Back yard and game room were fantastic for the kids. Neighborhood was nice, and all around a great stay.

Summary: This house is huge! It has way more space than most families will need... it would be great for, say, two families, or a bunch of friends. The interior is a little dated, but that didn't matter to us during our brief stay. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool table and the movie room.

Summary: We had several people stay two nights for a trip to Dayton. Clean comfy and the theater room was perfect for March Madness for a group of hoops fans! Great location and easy to find. The host was very easy to communicate with us! We'll stay again for sure!

Summary: We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Property met expectations. Was clean and comfortable. Floor plan did show 3 beds in the Master Bedroom and only 2 were present. The 3rd was in the garage for some reason. Only recommendations would be to edit floor plan on Vrbo site to reflect this or put the bed back. Couple stains on carpet leading to basement and handprints on walls of same stairs could use attention, but was cosmetic only. The house itself was clean, very spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent neighborhood and area. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Summary: Pros: theater room, large dining table, nice backyard Cons: frustrating check in process- Host was 45minutes past our check in time providing us the front door code- this was after messaging him, calling him twice and calling customer service. The property was not very clean- dirty kitchen sponges, vents caked with dust, stair walls dirty, some carpet stains, large water stain on ceiling Amenities- not enough bath towels, paper towels, hand soap or toilet paper-- also, no oven mitts were provided, tvs were difficult to figure out and would turn off randomly. Kitchen was unorganized and not enough dishes and silverware for everyone A few more details- burnt out light bulbs, ladder to the bunk bed waa broken off, front storm door didnt latch, back deck door sticks and is hard to open. This property has a lot of.potential but needs a deep clean and TLC/organization. I spoke with the host who said he would take care of all that I mentioned. I will trust his word and would try staying one more time in the future.
