Summary: The house is big enough to accommodate a big family. However, the house NEEDS A LOT of updates. The rugs need to be replaced. I was told the house was cleaned but the countertops and tables felt sticky. The beds felt lumpy and old. The

Summary: Plenty of room, good location. However, The house was in rough condition, needs a deep cleaning, and lots of repair work. From the master bedroom light not working, to several cracked and broken door knobs, toilet lids, outlets, stains in the carpet, overflowing garbage in the garage...and the hot tub...WOW. While the hot tub may not have been listed as an available feature of the property...it was super nasty. Communication with the property manager was poor! The checkin process was a bit confusing. In my opinion, this property should not be listed for rent until it has been thoroughly cleaned and fixed up. I have discussed all these concerns with the property manager, once she called back after we checked out. Again, this house has potential, just needs a lot of work and TLC. Mike from Seattle, Wa
