My home is located in a beautiful city in Edgewater, MD 3.8 miles away from Parole Shopping and 5.5 miles from the Naval Academy. This is a perfect place for single/couples! to visit Academy, Boat show, or other adventures.
The house is well maintained and kept clean. The amenities like washer, dryer, kitchen basics, private bath & clean queen bed for your comfort.
There is also plenty of parking across from the house.
This is not a whole house rental. It is just a bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The BWI airport is 25 miles (33 minutes). Pet free house and Smoke-free house ( NO SMOKING)

Summary: This was a no frills, affordable stay in Edgewater. I was really thrilled with the location. As a woman, I felt safe with all household residents. The kitchen access that I negotiated with Schweta was a perfect level for me. Shweta made a solid effort to connect with me and make sure I was getting what I needed. She was also fairly clear about what parts of the house were available for my use. The room is on the third floor of a lovely townhouse, with bathroom next to it, kitchen on 2cnd floor, and home entry on first floor. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Street parking access was easy, and there was enough parking at any hour I arrived at the property. Amenities in the room and bathroom are no frills but sufficient. The bathroom is shared with a male housemate, who was polite and kept the bathroom neat. You will need to be prepared to store toiletries in your room and bring the to the bathroom when you need them. The bed in the bedroom was very soft, with a soft, thick pillow topper. The pillows were substantial and firm. The air-conditioning was kept at around 80*. I was not able to access the laundry during the trip, due to it being in a multi use space. Thank you shweta for all your efforts to make me comfortable, I really appreciated you opening your home to me!

Summary: The host was very gracious, I was pleased with the room and overall value even though the additional fees were a bit too high, doubling the initial cost. But for a last minute booking in the Annapolis area, it was still much more affordable than the alternative, ie: staying in a traditional hotel in that area. The bed is hands down the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on in my life. I thought it might be awkward/uncomfortable being in a ‘shared’ space but it wasn’t, I came and went without at the hours I wanted comfortably and without stress. I will certainly stay again at some point When in MD in the future.

Summary: Very clean facility and quiet for those who needs to rest. Excellent wifi that really enhanced our needs. We appreciated the kitchen use because we like to prepare our own food. Not too happy with the stairs, and common bathroom, but tolerable. We were very lucky to have privacy during our stay. Too much "additional fees" but probably it is a high cost area? Overall, the stay was very good. Thank you Swetha!
