Summary: We enjoyed our stay, great location near great food and grocery store. Quiet in the evenings because it’s out of the center of town but close enough to have plenty to do. Reminder it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. We felt safe and neighbors were friendly. Would stay again.

Summary: Whenever possible, when I come to Rincon, I book this property. Owners are local which is important. And friendly people. Location is perfect. Condo is very nice. I like the balcony. And the parking is gated and off the street which is nice because the hotel across the way uses the public street as their parking overflow.

Summary: Whenever I come to Rincon and this condo is available, I stay here. One of the best values in the area and the owners are locals, not long distance owners and that makes a huge difference!! Super convenient location, nice space, private gated parking and it’s fun to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the comings and goings at the Cofresi hotel. Highly recommended.
