Positive: This is the most wonderful place I have ever been! Atmosphere, service, friendly staff! Located in a beautiful spot! The villa was big and clean! We could find everything we needed, including an iron, all the utensils, board games, magazines, tv and air conditioning. Also we could leave out staff for washing and all our clothes were spotlessly clean! Cleaning was every day! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Also I want to mention one thing! There was an incident with my daughter. She stepped on an urchin in the sea! I was scared, but people, who work there on villa, helped us! The came and tried to take out all the needles, also they put a dressing on my daughter’s knee. Next day they came and asked about our condition! It was extremely pleasant!!! Thank you so much! And the present for Valentine’s day was also very cute and nice! I recommend this villa to everyone! 100 out of 10! You are the best!

Positive: The spacious cottage immediately outside the pool felt very luxurious. King size bed in large room with large adjoining bathroom with huge bath and separate shower.and gowns and slippers. Toilet and bidet. The lounge was comfortable and the kitchen was large and very well set up. There was also a large bbq on a private outside undercover area just for the use of the cottage . The rooms are serviced daily Grocery store was a convenient 3 min walk and beach across the road 2 min walk. The hosts provided free transport in and out of the village and to other beaches and were very helpful and friendly

Positive: The pool, the rooms, the beds, the kitchen and the kindness of the manager who let us have a late check out in order to profit of another beach day, the location (the beach is at 200 meters away across the road). A truly luxury villa next to Anse Royale, a perfect snorkeling beach. Incredible the quality/price ratio for Seychelles,

Positive: Everything; right from the location (situated in Ans Royal region with beautiful beaches around), host (Emma) who made our check-in simple & quick, beautiful fully equipped cottage & overall just a wonderful property with lots of plants & trees. The mountains overlook the property; making the ambience even more beautiful. Room had a fully equipped kitchen great to cook quick & easy meals especially breakfast. Rooms are big consisting of kitchen, living room, bedroom & washroom. Housekeeping service was provided everyday including our used kitchen equipment was cleaned by them. Also the location is close to the capital Victoria. Can easily reach in 20-25 mins by car. Totally recommended ! I would book this again if I were to visit Seychelles again.

Positive: Cozy, clean and comfortable. Very helpful stuff. They responded to all our requests.
Negative: Some electrical problems due to bad weather which caused some discomfort. Was difficult to sleep without air conditioner and we moved our girls mattresses in our bedroom where the electricity wasn’t disrupted. That happened twice during our stay in the property. Hope that they solved the issue.

Positive: Everyone is really striving to make ones stay wonderful. All the amenities one can wish for, both for comfort and for cooking, even fruits were waiting for us in the kitchen when returning from the beach :) it is possible to watch from the porch big, cool bats flying nearby and feeding on huge mango tree. Truly exceptional stay.
Negative: Ants sometimes visited kitchen If you are planning to work, I recommend bringing spare sim card, helped me a few times when wifi was struggling - best deal is to buy „traveller gold” package when appling for Seychelles Travel Authorization.
