Positive: Really helpful staff, the lady on reception found us a fan, 2 extra pillows and booked us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant. As this was a Saturday night, the restaurant was full and people were queuing out the door, so was lovely to walk straight in! The price of the hotel included a lovely breakfast. We booked last minute as driving from Venice and wasn’t sure how long the journey would take, but although we didn’t arrive until around 8.30 in the evening, the staff could not have been more helpful. Although the hotel was slightly out of town, the walk to the restaurant was a pleasant stroll away and the hotel had plenty of parking. A really enjoyable stay, we shall definitely try and stay there again. Many thanks.
