Summary: You need to take a bus or a Lime to go to the city center. Buses were terrible at Rome during our stay, just impossible. The city charges a high fee per day and you can’t even take a bus. My bed at room 28 wasn’t good, was uneven and not so good for value.

Summary: My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. The room was simple but very nice and the gardens were well kept. The décor was fabulous and if I was to stay in Rome again I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Fenix.

Summary: Property was well kept with amazing staff. Quiet residential neighborhood but walkable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. Drinks in the garden are a must after a long day. This is a must stay hotel when visiting Roma. I will definitely be returning.
