Summary: The hotel is amazing, and the staff are all very friendly and professional! We had a great time there. Have to thank Amber and Hardy especially, this trip would’ve been so smooth without their help!

Summary: The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Fenix West Furano. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need — a full kitchen with complete cooking tools, utensils, and even laundry facilities. It really feels like a home away from home. The staff, especially Hardy, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Furano!
