Positive: Very quirky cottage, next door to a pub which serves excellent food and 10% discount. Not suitable for non ambulant. Shame about you cannot take dogs too.

Positive: The location was good nice lady walk in town centre. Pub next door or oud in private table on the waterfront in a packed up a godsend..the cottage is so quirky got to be the narrowest cottage we've even stopped in..Ate both nights in the pub. The food is excellent do book..

Positive: Location was perfect, cottage had everything needed and was a central location to where we were travelling to (different locations each day), and the perfect location right next door to the pub which had an excellent beer selection and served good food.

Positive: Lovely location. Great pub/restaurant right next door. Private space to sit in front of the cottage. Many nearby attractions. When the Wi-Fi didn't work, the owners arranged a different connection. The restaurant/pub staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. It had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, nice shower and the beds were very comfortable. One bedroom has a super view of the canal. We appreciated being able to park in the private car park.
Negative: Would have liked somewhere nearby to get breakfast. The local cafe was shut over the weekend and bank holiday. But there was a small supermarket fairly nearby. A traditional cottage, this property has steep stairs - two sets - which may not appeal to everyone. Right on the canal bank, so I would think twice if I had small children but it was fine for us.
Summary: Cosy little traditional cottage in a lovely location.

Negative: Quirky and handy for walking in to Warwick or popping for a pint and bit to eat, food also amazing.
