Summary: We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and a jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and the jacuzzi tub worked well. It seemed to leak a bit over night but that cleared up in the sun next day. Balcony was very nice with 2 sitting chairs, a little table, an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. Property was nice and clean as well. We had the breakfast included, which was a wonderful buffet of lots of food and drink options. We didn’t participate in poolside activities but noticed some when we passed through. We had a later flight so we kept our luggage in a room with racks and lockers (lockers were 2€). They have food available most of the day and drinks until late night. The air conditioning in the room was not very cold at all but there was AC in the lobby seating areas and great AC in the dining area. The only other setback was a slow check in process but otherwise we had a great stay and will be using Fergus hotels again in the future!

Summary: Pros: Great location close to the airport and all the venues. The hotel being all-inclusive was convenient, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets included. The pool area was really nice, and the beach was beautiful. I also appreciated having lockers available since we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our luggage and change. Cons: Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience were extremely frustrating. We arrived around 9 a.m. and still had to stand in a 15-minute line even though I had pre-checked in. Since check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., we understood the room might not be ready, but when we asked about early check-in we were told to come back around 1 p.m. After changing and storing our luggage, we went to the pool and later realized we needed a key card to access the beach, which meant standing in another 15–20 minute concierge line. I checked on the room again around 1:30 p.m. and it still wasn’t ready. Around 3:10 p.m. I stood in line again, and the room still wasn’t available. We finally got into a room around 3:45 p.m., only to discover mold covering the walls and ceiling. After another trip downstairs and speaking with a manager, we were eventually switched rooms, but we didn’t get settled until close to 4:30 p.m. We also received a late checkout until 12:30 because of the delays, yet housekeeping knocked at 9 a.m. and came back two more times despite the Do Not Disturb sign. For $300 a night, I expected much better service and organization.

Summary: Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive. The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased. Overall ok if you’re only staying a couple of days. It’s well located

Summary: Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.

Summary: The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Summary: Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

Summary: When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My friend finally managed to get through after nearly 30 calls and we waited for someone to come and let us out. Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh.
