Positive: A cozy villa surrounded by mountains. A very clean place and excellent communication with the owner! The property is located in a residential area that is very quiet at night. The villa has everything you need and a touch of that "grandma's summer cottage" atmosphere ❤️ we enjoyed our stay, our morning and evening walks!
Negative: little dirty kitchen chairs which you only notice at the end of your stay 😉 The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for me but my family didn't mind them

Positive: What I liked the most was the location. The town is simply amazing, it´s small and cute but has everything needed and beyond: cable cars to the Zugspitze, supermarkets, pharmacy, indoor swimming pools and spa... plus super cute surroundings! Besides the town, the house is a dream to go with kids and/or friends: it´s big, cozy, clean and beautiful. It has 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The only thing I missed (and because my kids are still too small and mess up more than desired) was a washing machine, but that´s probably something no one else would use during holidays... ;). Beds are really comfortable and it´s provided with everything needed to cook. Ah! And cot and high chair available for babies, too! I didn´t meet the hosts in person but they were super kind and reachable at all times via phone. It was extremely easy to get the keys and they were in line until we arrived, which in our case was pretty late given unexpected cirumstances on our side. We had an awesome welcome pack and food basics were also available. On top of all this, we got a guest card from them from which we got many discounts for activities in the area, from the town swimming pool/spa to lake parking lots. As aforementioned, they were super nice and supportive since the day we booked the house until the day we left! In a nutshell: very much recommended!!
Negative: Wifi didn´t work beyond the kitchen/main bathroom, plus washing machine not available (but this is definitely not a must but just a nice to have)
Summary: A dream house in a dream town!
