Second small fully equipped kitchen on the upper floor also with dishwasher.
No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, twenty-something groups under 30 years old!

This means you can quickly get to Brilon, Willingen, Marsberg and all the towns in the Ruhr Valley (Olsberg, Bestwig (change to Winterberg), Meschede and Arnsberg) by train. Cyclists can therefore ideally travel back by train at the end of the bike tour.

All basic prices are for 10 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. If the room is occupied by more than 10 people, babies under 2 years of age are not considered full additional persons, but rather small children and pay a flat rate of €35 for the baby bed.
If the room is occupied by up to 10 people including the baby, the baby bed is free of charge. (Please click on the appropriate additional service above and book).
Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 3 nights!
Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
Weekend/2 nights surcharge +50% (i.e. 3 nights are charged)
Discount 4 nights weekdays Mon-Fri (except holidays/public holidays) of 15%.
Discount 7 for 6 nights (except during holidays)
Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.
- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 1,50 per person per day for people aged 15 and over
Deposit & payment conditions:
A general deposit of € 500 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
