Summary: Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus sehr schön gelegen.Eine Waschmaschine und ein vernünftiger Backofen wäre angebracht.

Summary: Die Einrichtung ist in jedem Detail geschmackvoll und wertig gewählt. Vom offenen Kamin bis zur modernen, kleinen Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und viel Geschirr, fehlt es an nichts. Alles wirkt einladend. Neben den üblichen Medienzugängen steht auch ein umfangreicher Bücherschrank zur Verfügung. Die gemütlichen, kleinen Schlafzimmer sind in der 1. Etage, das kleine Bad in der Parterre. Im Außenbereich laden 2 Terrassen mit Tisch und Bestuhlung und der gepflegte Garten zum Verweilen ein. Ein Gartenhaus mit den üblichen Gartenutensilien nebst zwei Fahrrädern ist vorhanden. Das Auto parkt direkt am Haus. Der endlose Strand und die kleine Promenade, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restauration während der Saison, sind nach 200 m erreicht. Größere Einkäufe sind in Heiligenhafen (6 km) recht angenehm möglich.

Summary: Einfach nur positiv Schön gelegen,drei Minuten bis zum Strand. Wohnung : Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Drei sitzmöglichkeiten,man kann mit der Sonne oder dem Schatten ums Haus wandern.Kinder geeignet,weil Nähe zum Strand und die Unterkunft sehr leicht wiederzufinden sind. Zum wandern und radeln bietet sich das Hinterland förmlich an. Mein westi und ich sind täglich unterwegs gewesen,weite Rapsfelder und die Fehmarnsundbrücke immer im Blick.

Summary: das strandhaus ist eine unisolierte holzhütte was im sommer nicht so endscheident ist. jedoch ende november mit nachtspeicherheizung ein großer faktor. die stromkosten beliefen sich für eine woche mit 134 euro doch grenzwertig. zusätzlich kamen ca. 60 euro für den kamin der tagsüber in betrieb war.

Summary: Nettes kleines Häuschen mit viel Sitzgelegenheiten an der frischen Luft. Viel näher dran an die Ostsee geht nicht. Von einem Schlafzimmer kann man sie sehen und u.U. auch mal hören, das ist schon toll. Keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß und man liegt am Strand, in etwa ein km Entfernung befindet sich auch ein Hundestrand. Das Häuschen selber ist sauber, es ist alles vorhanden (Das WLAN Datenvolumen hatten unsere Vormieter schon aufgebraucht, und in der reduzierten Geschwindigkeit für uns nicht nutzbar.Die Fahrräder sind vielleicht etwas antik und teilweise ohne Licht, ich würde sie aus der Ausstattungsliste raus nehmen). Viel Spielzeug für draußen, ein Holzkohlegrill sowie ein Elektogrill. Am Samstag hatte der Durchlauferhitzer einen Defekt, und es gab kein Warmwasser mehr, nach dem wir die nette Hausverwalterin informiert hatten, kann ein Installateur noch am selben Tag mit einem Ersatztermin vorbei(danke).

Summary: Ein sehr schönes Häuschen, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 80m). Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Das Meer war super. Für Familien mit Kindern sowie Hundebesitzer perfekt geeignet. Kleiner Tipp, bei Anreise schon etwas Verpflegung mitbrigen, da der nächste größere Supermarkt in Heilgenhafen liegt. Sonst immer wieder gern!
