Positive: Absolutely everything. Fantastic location with the most spectacular views, day and night. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff really care about what they do and the people that come to visit. They were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and gave us good tips on getting around and what to do. Dinner is prepared each evening on request which was a massive plus for us. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Positive: Extraordinary nice staff, very clean premises, excellent breakfast and with everything you need to spend a week snowboarding in Zillertal area. We had a car so everyday we were driving to lifts about 50 min.. no problem.

Negative: Wifi was weak.. but not a big problem
