Positive: The apartment is very nice
Negative: When we arrived nobody waited for us and it was not easy to find it. Then hard to find an outside hidden SAFE and get the keys - all in the rain No what’s up communication with the landlord When we left. We make sure the apartment is reasonable clean and tidy BUT the landlord lady was furious at us they we didn’t washed the entire plates and she insisted we also dried them.
Summary: Good value for the apartment and location but need better welcoming and better attitude

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at your apartment. Here are a few things we particularly enjoyed: Cleanliness The apartment was spotless when we arrived, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. Amenities The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Location The location was perfect! Being just a short distance from Europa Park and local shops made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. We had a memorable vacation, and the apartment played a big part in that. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation. Thank you for being such a great host!
Negative: While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where we think there could be some improvements: Air Conditioning There was no air conditioning in the apartment but we were aware as per apartment description. But during this time of year, it would have been ideal to have it. Fans were provided but there was a heatwave so an AC would have been better off. Bins The bins in the apartment were quite small, which meant we had to empty them frequently. Larger bins would be more convenient for guests. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend your apartment to others. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing a lovely place for us to stay.

Positive: Everything was cleaned, the host is very nice, we got exactly what we wanted and what was described. Very easy to reach Europa Park by car
