Positive: Quiet and green countryside, well equipped rooms and kitchen, very clean, the host is nice lady and the communication with her is pleasant, very quick and effective. The only attraction in the nearby aria is Heidi-park - it's awesome! As well as couple of small museums for kids (toys and felto) in the nearest small town named Soltau - the town itself with its street-market and coffees, such as the museums - are very cute. There are also some nature trails in the aria that definitely might be the main reason to visit the region.

Negative: The home maintenance conditions - at some point of time the water became rusty and it took couple of days until some maintenance was done to repair that, it was some roof leakage in the kitchen, the lawncare wasn't done for a while (actually, it didn't affect our stay cause it was rainy all the time and anyway we didn't planned to sit in the garden). The aria is quit boring - we planned to use the location for "star" travel in between Hannover to Hamburg, but in fact there are pretty nothing out of these cities, and the roads from the village to the speedways are longer that it seems on map and each drive to Hannover takes a lot of time.
