Positive: Apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Looked just like the pictures. Big balcony, well equipped kitchen for cooking, washing machine, toys and board games etc. Wi-Fi was slow at times but sufficient enough for us. Hosts were very friendly and there was cheesecake and wine to welcome us. Parking right outside the house. Swimming pool was great. We found a Lidl (and other supermarkets) about 10 mins drive away. Good base for exploring the Rhine and surrounding areas.
Negative: The bed in the master bedroom was too soft for us. But that is our personal preference. Could have mentioned in listing that they have a big labrador that is very lively. Our son gets anxious around large dogs so he couldn't enjoy the garden as much as he wanted to.

Positive: The place was spacious, the hosts were friendly, and everything was very clean. The place was as described in other comments and as presented on pictures. We will gladly recommend this one to friends.
Negative: Well, it is hard to say that there is anything bad with it. We are only sad that we have visited it outside of the summer (May), so the swimming pool that the place has was still not in use, and kids were very sad about it.
