Positive: location is great - easy access to U-Bahn gets to anywhere. host was super responsive and helpful.
Negative: Bathroom is a bit awkward. The kitchen had many things, but missing a few essentials (veg peeler, oven mitts). definitely hadn't been deep-cleaned in a while

Positive: Pros: Great location, 2-3 minutes walk to the tram stop, supermarket and other shops. Quiet house with cute balcony. The kitchen was ok, but the bathroom rather small. Spacious living room with sofa, tv and dining table for 4. Easily adjustable radiators in every room. Slept well. Friendly communication with the host. Cons: The apartment door does not mention the owner’s name, so I had to ask the neighbor from upstairs to confirm it’s the right apartment before I inserted the key. It’s the left door on the first floor. Squeaky floorboards, but otherwise a very quiet apartment!

Positive: The location is very quite despite being 5 mins from train station. Supermarket and pharmacy are right across the road. Facilities were worn out a bit but they are all functional well, you have everything for long stay.
Negative: The wooden floor creaks :))) I don’t mind but sound sleeper may.
Summary: Pretty and cozy place, the host is super supportive.

Positive: Excellent location opposite the U-Bahn, but located behind the main road, so very quiet. 5 minutes' trip to city centre on U-Bahn. Very convenient for my needs, and supermarket is across the road. I usually book a hotel room, but this was a whole apartment for the same money, so plenty of space. Hot water always available, central heating very easy to control, and windows open easily. Wi-fi was available.
Negative: Floorboards were a bit squeaky but this was not a problem for me.
Summary: Spacious apartment, had everything I need, and in a central location.

Positive: Great location with super access to public transport. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the correspondence from the host to make sure we could access the property easily.
Negative: The oven needed a good clean! Other than that we were delighted with the apartment.

Positive: Good location, away from street noise. The apartment is old but in very good shape. Plenty of room, nice balcony hidden in the trees.
Negative: Squeaky floors, but my 1.5 year old daughter still managed to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is on the small side.
