Positive: We had amazing time in this apartament and didn’t miss a thing! Before arrival, we got all the needed information in the most friendly way. I loved the terrace with a great view to Bodensee and the books & board games on the library shelves. The little charming details in the bathroom and the large bathtub created the space for a romantic evening. The neighbourhood is silent and pleasant. And from there we easily reached Mainau Island and Rhine Falls. And in the kitchen we had everything for cooking and eating, both inside and outside. Great that the hosts ensure a parking spot, even if everything in front of the building is taken.
Negative: Can’t think of anything.
Summary: This lovely flat inspired us to share joy and new ideas

Positive: 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. View of the lake.
Negative: Before our arrival the host confirmed that the baby crib would be provided. It wasn't there, and yes we've looked in closets too. Arriving at 10pm and not having it is not a welcome thing. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We've opened the sofa, looking for additional bedlinen for the baby - found used old crumpled paper towel, some deflated balloon and dirt inside. The heaters were luke warm, at midnight and only got warm by the morning. The cooker hood looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The bottom shower tiles had mold all over, didn't even want to get close to it. The tourist checkin form was missing (everywhere else it was provided). The free travel passes were also not provided. Maintenance is lacking too. Sorry but that's a bit too much for me and it was one of many FeWos we've used in this town. This was the most disappointing.
Summary: Much better options elsewhere, even on the same street.
