Positive: It is very close to Horbergbahn (3 minute walk in ski boots). The appartment was warm and spacious enough, the kitchen was well-equipped with pretty much all you might need. The oven was working perfectly which is very handy during Xmas when you can bake the half-baked rolls from Hoffer / Spar to survive multiple days when shops are closed. The parking is also big enough and easy to manouevre. The skiroom is big and warm, with plenty of heated boot dryers. The address in the booking was actually not the guesthouse we got room in but it's not much further away (the other one is pretty much 50 meters from the station). The location is very strategic in the valley - whole Mountopolis you have available by walking to Horbergbahn, Zillertal Arena is 10-12 min drive away, Kaltenbach (I didn't go there this time) roughly a few minutes further and Hintertux around a 30 min drive away. It was not snowing when we were there but it's by main local roads and not really steep, so I don't think getting there would ever be challenging. As someone mentioned in another review, the pillows were a bit battered and surely have seen better days but I slept very well there after full days of skiing :)

Negative: The vapour was condensing like crazy on windows so perhaps it was too humid? It would not be a big deal, but in the bathroom the water was dripping from the window, sipping down the windowsill and right onto a roll of toilet paper hanging beneath. We sorted it out by putting a towel on the bathroom windowsill. Don't get me wrong - I see vapur condensing on bathroom window in my house too but only during bath and drying out shortly after while the humidity there seemed to stay high all day and the bathroom mechanical ventilation only worked with the lights on. Also the kitchen hood seemed to have been overlooked by the cleaners - there was a lot of dust hanging from it, on the verge of dropping into your meal. I meant to sort it out with the vacuum cleaner available in the hallway (it would just take a few seconds) but could not get round to it after all :)

Positive: Very big and spacious suite with two bathrooms, with lots of guide books inside. Cosy garden with rustling creek just behind the fence! Close to all activities avialiable in the valley. A very welcoming and helpful hostess.
