Summary: Our room was clean and smelled really nice. The hotel itself was having work done so parts of it were under construction but that didn’t bother us. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was decent, though the batter for the waffles was sour so the waffles didn’t taste quite right. However, we were just spending one night there and we were overall happy and comfortable.

Summary: We were looking for Festus Inn. Hotels.com did not alert us that it is now called quality inn. Lobby was nice. Door on the side where we were told to enter had a bunch of men, drinking hanging out by the door. That entrance was dirty and smelly.

Summary: This is now a Quality Inn on signs but Festus Inn on website. Sink was backing up, soap from previous person in shower, did not have enough towels, wash cloths for 2 night stay, no milk at breakfast, toilet did not flush, pool was not open and it was June, and staff did not speak English well and 2 of them were talking in their language in front of me when they could not find my reservation, outside was not unkept. Will not stay there again

Summary: I like the fact they are renovating. I’ve stayed there twice. 2nd time the bed wasn’t as comfortable. Pillows seemed flat…need to be replaced. And importantly they need to focus more on the free breakfast and keep everything filled and hot. AC works great, and a very friendly, helpful staff.

Summary: The room was clean and the staff were nice. The side door (closer to where I was parked) only unlocked sometimes and they didn't seem too worried about it, even after I had them come try it and it didn't work for them either.
