Positive: We had a wonderful stay. Stefania is a super host and went out of her way to look after us, she kindly explained everything and how to get around town. This apartment is beautifully situated with and amazing over lake como. The facilities are superb, everything is spotless.
Summary: I highly recommend this place. We had really good time here and we will definitely come back.

Positive: The views from the balcony are amazing, with sunshine until the afternoon, ideal for breakfast. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Liani who looked after the property was really helpful.
Negative: We felt the main bedroom was a little on the small side and without much natural light.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the lake front without using the car was really good.

Positive: The location was great. 10 minutes walk to town. Views spectacular, the deck was wonderful and pool lovely to have with the warm temperatures at this time of year. Apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. Elisa and Stefania were both excellent to deal with, very helpful and organised. The basket of goodies on arrival was also a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Negative: The top bunk was quite warm for sleeping but did not impact our overall enjoyment in any way.

Positive: Really beautiful, unobstructed view of lake como. The house had everything we needed plus some extras (items for the pool when it’s open.). The welcome basket full of yummy Italian snacks and wine was a lovely touch especially given the odd hours of the local grocery stores. Easy 10 minute walk on a pedestrian path to the ferry and into town. Garage parking was also a plus. Also a nice little playhouse and kids books for small children. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great!

Positive: The apartment and swimming pool were wonderful and the location is perfect - it really is only 10 minutes walk from the ferry and the view really is breathtaking. The host made our stay so easy - there was a great welcome hamper of Italian food and wine and she even gave us swim towels and new swim caps to use at the pool during our stay. Can't recommend this place enough.

Positive: The views from the large and spacious terrace are truly stunning. The terrace is well-equipped with furniture. including sun loungers and a much needed sun awning, with 2 additional loungers to use by the pool. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and the bed extremely comfortable (although we did find the main bedroom a bit cramped and a mirror above the dressing table would have been useful). There was a very efficient fan in the bedrooms which kept us cool at night as it was very hot during our stay. There were plenty of books and leaflets to help decide where to visit and some games and books for children as well. We had a large and generous welcome basket and Stefania (from the management company) was very friendly and helpful. The lack of pool for the first few days and a couple of other points mentioned have slightly affected our overall score for our stay, however none of these prevented us from having a lovely stay and we loved this apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if back in Menaggio.
Negative: Unfortunately there was a problem with the swimming pool for the first few days of our holiday and we couldn't use it, the weather was very hot. This was finally fixed 4 days into our stay. However, Elisa handled this very well and was very understanding and helpful, offering us excellent alternatives, should we choose. There were some loose, rocking steps on the garden path which could be dangerous. We reported these to Stefania and are confident they will be quickly fixed. The walk back up from Menaggio involves some steep steps, which are perfectly manageable although hard work in the heat of the day! These would however be difficult for someone with poor mobility.
Summary: Stunning views and very comfortable apartment.

Positive: I can't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful property! The host, Elisa, was amazing. She reached out right away after I booked, was very responsive when we had questions during our stay, gave us fantastic recommendations, and left a very thoughtful gift basket of goodies for us to enjoy. This unit was extremely well-appointed....literally everything you could possibly need was available. The location also cannot be beat...very close to downtown Menaggio via the walking path but tucked away in a quiet corner for you to relax and enjoy the amazing lake views. Another bonus - the very convenient parking spot that accompanies the unit. In all, we had the best time on our impromtu trip to Lake Como and have already booked to stay with Elisa again.
