Summary: Parking was on site and convenient, ten minute walk into town, the road route was easier than the The (free) coffee machine in reception was incredibly good coffee Fridge and cooking facilities in the room if needed And very comfortable and warm bed

Summary: The whole place, staff and location were above and beyond our expectations. The owner James was so professional and understanding, I had a medical issue whilst I was there and he couldn’t have been more helpful and caring.

Summary: What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!

Summary: We were checked in by Kelly We had a room towards the back of property Kelly showed me a better room for an upgrade supplement I also told her that it is my husband’s birthday When we checked in there were balloons & a lovely bottle of complimentary bottle of wine Our stay was good Good make towels softer & shower more powerful
