Summary: Texas needed rain but we got more than we bargained for which made the Guadalupe inaccessible for floating and fun. Unfortunately this was why we booked our trip. Nothing the property managers could help. The house is definitely too small for two families of 5. Although there are enough places for people to sleep, the living space and kitchen are very crowded to accommodate larger families. The propane was empty so we had to go fill it up, but the owners were quick in responding and giving us money to cover that. It is an older house with no central heat/air. The outdoor amenities/things for kids to do were great.

Summary: We were looking for a place to have the whole family together for my wifes birthday, and this property had it all! Unlike other properties we have stayed at, these folks have everything and I mean everything. They even had paddle boards for the river and a spare tooth brush for one of my kids who forgot theirs. The outside entertainment area is amazing and we will surely be back.

Summary: This place is beautiful! Great views and scenery! Looks exactly like pictures but views are better in person! House was easy to find and easy instructions to get inside, and plenty of parking for everyone. House was very clean upon arrival and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The hosts are very generous and provided lots of outdoor equipment to use for the backyard. Not to mention my favorite part about this house is that there is a river located directly in the backyard! 10/10 stay HIGHLY recommend
