Positive: Very nice, very clean and well equiped studio, the hosts are lovely, the location is really good, easy to find and close to the center and the local beach. It's much worthed for the value, i strongly recommend Filaktos Studios :)

Positive: The apartment was well-organised, and the hosts were hospitable and available throughout our whole stay for all kinds of queries and assistance. Location of the condo was extraordinary, located almost halfway between two of the islands' largest cities - Thassos and Limenaria

Positive: Lovely hosts, wonderful view with two balconies with the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the beach and restaurants. Room was very clean and also cleaned regularly. The city beach is really nice and all it was easy to get to other beaches as well. We had a lovely stay here.

Negative: Shower is a bit small. Bathroom is missing some hooks or shelves for clothes and towels. It would be great to have two night stands, we only had one.

Positive: We were here last year so we decided to bring here our family too. It was comfortable, clean, and the location is great.

Negative: This time, as we arrived at noon we didn't have hot water. So I've told the hosts that we don't have hot water and then they turned the boiler on. So they knew we were coming but they didn't heat the water in advance. Last two days we also didn't have hot water. 6 people after the beach had to shower with cold water in September, although I've already complained about it. Trying to save for electricity bills on your guests that have paid the accommodation is very rude and unprofessional. We didn't use the air condition, we were outside most of the days, and not to have hot water is unacceptable. Second thing what I didn't like is one roll of toilet paper for 2 person for 5 days. I guess they don't put more so that somebody doesn't steal it. Unfortunately I won't come here again.

Positive: The location is perfect for having a good rest at night, no crowded bars or parties around, quiet and relaxing place. It is 25 min from the port with arrival from Keramoti, 40 min to the Paradice beach h, 45 min to the Golden beach, 25 min to the Giola , 35 min from the Marble beach, with car. There are restaurants in nearby, 4-5 min away walk, with various menus and reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay!
