Positive: Where to start. Thank you George, thank you for everything you did to make us feel at home. George is a wonderful host who not only welcomed us but every day he and his wife were available for any questions. As my wife had a health problem, he called a friend at 10pm to open his pharmacy and get us the medicine we needed - amazing. Every day he was interested in how his guests felt and what else he could do for them. His unobtrusive presence and willingness to help made us feel like the closest friends we ended up being. The accommodation conditions are wonderful - spacious rooms with large terraces, fully equipped - stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, including household utensils and crockery. The premises are cleaned every two days and towels and bed linen are changed. Extremely clean and tidy place. All terraces have a view of the sea and wide French windows. In the backyard there is a beautiful olive tree, under which there is an organized corner for rest and conversations - I really liked it. George will give you tips and guidance on the best places to visit - beaches, the springs of the River Acheron and much more. The place of sccomodation is extremely quiet and it is only 50 meters from the beach. The beach is sandy, over 3 km long and 60-70 m wide with emerald water and so big that you can always find a free spot. Vrahos Beach is full of taverns and cafes right on the beach, so you won't miss anything during your stay.

Negative: I don't think it could have been done any better. The building and premises are tastefully done, simply furnished and at all times fully equipped to meet all your needs.

Positive: Everything was very nice. The owners are very kind, friendly and exited our expectations . The sandy beach is one minute from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the sunset from the balcony is wonderful. It was good to be in Filanthi and we will definitely be back. Zita

Positive: The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. On the other hand, although centrally located, the apartment is very quite. The sea and the sunset view from the balcony is magical! The hosts are very welcoming, polite and discreet.

Summary: Definitely the hosts from Halkidiki should take lessons from the hosts in the Ionian area.
