Summary: I lived on Oahu for a few years and return often but by far my favorite rental experience ever! Perfect for three of us! Location. Nested in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a lovely city view and ocean on the horizon. Aiea is at the center of all connecting highways for easier commute to the various places I visited across the island. Kitchen: Fully equipped, clean, bright with coffee maker and all necessities for cooking and lots of storage for groceries. Bathroom: Very large walk-in shower and tons of counter space in the bathroom. Sleeping space: Separate bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan and the bed was extremely comfortable. But there is a full-size futon in the main living area. Owner also offered a blow up mattress if needed. Plenty of power strips to charge gadgets; they even provide a safe for valuables! The main area also had a great clean and bright feel, but curtains were dark if you prefer to keep the place cool or for early mornings! I did not use the TV but there is one; there is also a little table and 2 bar stools of more sitting space is required at the bar in the kitchen. Outdoor space: The guest patio was a separate space with lounge chairs and a table/umbrella, private with beautiful landscaping and palm trees that light up at night. Parking: off street parking, plenty of space for a larger vehicle. Experience: the owner went above and beyond for me, extremely frequently, genuine sense of aloha and made so much effort to make my stay comfortable and perfect! I wish I could leave an additional tip on Vrbo because she refused my cash tip. Can’t wait to come back and will stay here again if I can book with Bella Famiglia!
