Positive: The hotel was very central to a lot of the Coyoacán attractions, museums, and restaurants. Very safe area and the hotel has a great security system. Kitchen is large and communal.

Negative: The hotel was under construction which was not notified to us prior to our stay or else I would have looked elsewhere. The patio was shut off to everyone due to construction. No A/C in the rooms. For the price, I would have expected WAYYY more.

Positive: We arrived unexpectedly early from Puebla and they let us check in early. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and it felt like a home, not a hotel, 5 minutes from the Coyoacán market and center. Great place, great location.

Positive: Perfect location for our work at the Facultad de Música and very close to the center of Coyoacán for food and shopping. They also provided an excellent homemade breakfast for our group by request, which was better than any restaurant breakfast I’ve had in CDMX. We rented all five rooms and it was like a home away from home.

Positive: The host was really nice. The house and rooms were very clean spacious, and comfortable. Located within walking distance from Frida Kahlo museum, mercado Coyoacán, with many good restaurants around as well. Netflix was included.

Positive: Loved my room ,which was clean and had a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Handy to have access to a kitchen and lounge area. The hosts Jorge and Jose kept me informed through whatsapp and google translate (apologies for my not speaking more Spanish!) A great area for restaurants, yummy baker and fab market 10mins walk away. Very close to walk to Frida Kahlo museum and Leon Trotsky museum and a great park nearby. I felt super safe in the area and everybody was sooooooo friendly. I will definitely book Finca Coyoacán in the future when I come back to Mexico City 🤩

Positive: The place was charming, small scale, did not run into other guests. The host was very flexible and accomodating to us, which was really appreciated since our travel plans got terribly disrupted and we needed all the help we could get.

Positive: Amazing location! We loved walking around this very safe and lovely neighborhood! The unit was very easy to access by code. We never met the owner, but he responded to my message very quickly. We appreciated the use of the downstairs communal space of kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs. Very clean and comfortable!

Negative: The bathroom is located right in the room. There is a divider, but not much privacy when using the facilities. It is fine if just one person or a couple. Thankfully my partner and I don’t mind a lack of privacy. Lol. But there is another bathroom in the downstairs that we were able to use as well for more privacy.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable room in amazing neighborhood!
