Positive: Perfect quiet location surrounded by gardens and orange trees. Very clean, had everything we needed included a few guide books and maps to help plan days out. The welcome basket of food and drink was a lovely surprise. Very fast response via WhatsApp to a couple of small problems we had. Location was great (if you have a car!) close to the mountains but not too far from the main motorway to get to the beach or to Palma.
Summary: Perfect relaxing stay in a lovely location.

Positive: only advantages: - very quiet and safe neighborhood - well-equipped kitchen and grill - the garden and surroundings looked better in real life than in the photos - our stay took place in the second half of September: complete lack of insects, both outside and inside the apartment - good contact with the owner via WhatsApp - close location to two towns = good access to shops - good location as a base for cycling - working air conditioning in each bedroom - very comfortable mattresses (stay September 2023) - swimming pool cleaned
Negative: minor disadvantages: - small safe (it can easily fit documents and wallets, but the safe is too small for a laptop) - no washing machine
Summary: an ideal place for complete relaxation, it will also work as a good base.

Positive: Wonderful house with gorgeous garden and fantastic pool. We feel like a home to home while staying here. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dish washer, toaster, micro wave, coffee brewer ...We love the stone house with Mallorca interior furnished and decorated.
Negative: The mattress in the bedroom on the ground floor is a bit too hard.
