Negative: Be aware, that the path to the property is a narrow and steep one. Was not a problem for us, but might be a bit of a shock for an inexperienced or wary driver, especially at night.

Positive: A wonderful place to spend your holidays. Nice view from the terrace while sitting in the jacuzzi. But there are some nuances. We were here 5 or 6 years ago. Everything was in a much better condition then. At the moment, everything is quite worn out, kitchen furniture has broken handles. Drawers and doors that are difficult to open. dinner plates and glasses are enough, but such large apartments intended for a large company should definitely have more dishes for salads, fruits, vegetables. The pool cover was by the pool last time, we could put it over for the night. This time it was dropped and dusty at the other end of the property, looking broken. It was very windy at night and in the morning the pool was full of dirt, broken branches, tree leaves, sand, etc. when we arrived, the water in the jacuzzi was cold, so we couldn't use it the first night. Only the next day, according to the owner's instructions, we set the temperature and the water warmed up. (Which was not easy at all because the buttons are broken). The jacuzzi, however, is one of the main reasons why guests choose it. And you should also listen to the reviews of other guests, which we completely agree with. In these apartments, all life takes place on the terrace, and that's why you really need a refrigerator on the terrace, so you don't have to run back and forth across the yard to the kitchen after every little thing. A small refrigerator is not expensive. I understand that a lot of things are worn out and broken by guests, but that's the business and you can't just take money without investing anything. Therefore, a very big request to the host. This is a wonderful place with a lot of potential, please listen to the recommendations of the guests, keep this place in good order and we will definitely return.

Positive: As i said in the cons section, the location is also a big plus and for us it was perfect. The quiet valley was so blissful in the morning that you could hear your heart beat. The mountains surrounding you keep the clouds at bay and you will enjoy more sunshine here then anywhere on the island. During our stay, what we thought to be a sunny day, as soon as we drove out of that slice of paradise, clouds and drizzle were found. The pool was cold but that's to be expected during February and it's not a minus because you have that wonderful jacuzzi to warm you back up. The rooms are big and during the chilly nights of February, they were warm and dry. Always enough hot water in the bathrooms for all of us. When you think and see how remote the location is, you do wonder how you can still enjoy so many comfort creatures.

Negative: The location has it's pluses and minuses but the pluses weight more. If you are not an experienced driver you might find the road up a bit difficult to navigate every day if you like exploring.

Negative: Would be nice to have a book with all instructions about the property (Wi-Fi password, facilities). And also would be great to have the inflatable swimming rings for the pool.
