Positive: Great property with amazing pool and outside area. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything was very organised and clean. Access to the property was easy which i was a little worried about as we arrived at 1am. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The location of the property is in beautiful countryside. The outside space was lovely, especially the swimming pool, terraces and outside kitchen. There was everything you need for a self catering holiday, the kitchen was well equipped and the lounge, dinning area was really nice with great views out to the coast. It was really great staying in the countryside but being a convenient drive to Benissa town, Moraira or the shopping centre at Ondara. Communication with the host was superb.

Negative: Unfortunately during our stay there was a lot of noise from construction taking place behind us. This was a great shame as at the weekend when it was quiet it was beautiful but obviously this is no ones fault. The only issue we had inside the villa was that the bed was not comfortable, the mattress in the main bedroom was very soft and we seemed to roll into the middle of the bed, also the bed itself was very squeaky. This is the only reason for not giving a higher mark as everything else was perfect.

Summary: Delightful finca, well located.

Positive: The house is spacious and has a magnificent view. The host is very friendly and the house has got a fantastic garden, outdoor kitchen and play area for kids. The beds were good but the 2nd bedroom is small with a small 2p bed. The house has only 1 airco unit which was insufficient during a hot summer. Kitchen tools were ok, host has delivered some new knifes and proper wine glasses after we left. We left some of our belongings and the host was facilitating to send it to us. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. I would recommend it for families with kids. I would recommend the owner to add units of airconditioning in every bedroom.

Negative: It was hot and one airco unit couldn’t cook down the house.
