The open plan kitchen-living room, typical in American houses, with the adjoining living and dining area invites you to linger. The outdoor area of the villa is also very comfortably designed, in addition it offers sufficient sitting and lying possibilities to relax at the electric heated pool. The terrace is equipped with a gas grill and a covered dining area for 8 people.
In addition, the villa has a washing machine and a dryer, a refrigerator/freezer combination with ice cream machine and one microwave, one stove and one Dishwasher as well as a television and free wifi available. The Villa has a double garage and air conditioning in all rooms.
To keep leaves, grass and insects away, the terrace area including the pool is protected by a cage (insect net). You are welcome to use our own bikes to explore the streets of Cape Coral. For exploring the numerous waterways in Cape Coral there are 2 kayaks.
Please note: Due to the storm, unfortunately, there is no cage yet. However, the house and pool area can be used without restrictions.

Summary: Everything was great except 2 things, the grass guys showed up too early & woke us up at crack of dawn. & I wasn’t able to use the garage even though I was given the garage door opener because the owners hummer & motorcycle was inside. I couldn’t even access the side door to trash cans. I thought I rented the whole house not part of it!!

Summary: Overall, the home was very nice. Very roomy, comfy beds, very quiet and nice amenities. A few suggestions for improvements would be earlier check-in (4:00 is a bit late and we basically lost a day). check out at 10 is a bit early. Also, the check-in and out appointment process is different than anything I've experienced with VRBO. I would recommend eliminating that. The garage was not available for parking as it was full and no room for another car. Since it was raining during our stay, it would have been nice to be able to park in the garage.

Summary: We had a great time! Home was well-equipped, beautiful, and in a quiet neighborhood. There were two bikes, two kayaks, pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful week.

Summary: Villa Large is located in NW Cape Coral. The Publix/Greenwise is a short drive away. SW Cape Coral is about a 20 minute drive. The house was very clean and well equipped. The only TV is in the living room.
