Positive: The property is a mix of people staying for longer term rentals and short term stays. The location was perfect for my needs for attending work conference as well as very close to multiple food stores including organic stores and bakeries. There are parks in the area that are nice in the evening. Very close to metro line 12, so easy to go into the main touristy areas as well. Great farmers market in the plaza by the metro line 12 on Fridays! The kitchenette had everything I needed for the small meals I was preparing for myself. There is a larger share kitchen that had oven and other larger appliances. Onsite laundry There is plenty of storage space, closet, clean and spacious bathroom. They had a nespresso machine and a few pods to use as well as an electric kettle.
Negative: It is on an active street - so there is street noise- which is to be expected in a city.

Positive: Very clean and new. Really nice public spaces - like the lounge the rooftop and the downstairs cinema.
Negative: The area is not typically Parisian. But ugly modern. We booked it to be near Paris Expo - took us 10 minutes in a taxi but the traffic was terrible.

Positive: Fantastic location within walking distance of the metro. Fifi helped me to check in and she is lovely! A very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood.
Negative: The bed was two single beds pushed together so I ended up sleeping in the middle of them which wasn't great. That being said, I still slept extremely well.

Positive: Great location, quiet area. Cleanliness is spot-on. Loved all the services included into this place such as the fitness room and terrace for relaxation. And the staff was exceptional. Special shout-out to Fifi for all her love and super hard work to keep the place running and with life.
Negative: Only the check in time took a long time. Other than that everything else was exceptional.
